Overview

OraQuest Dental Plans is a single service dental HMO licensed by the State of Texas.  
OraQuest offers both employer sponsored (group) and individual plans.  Our Dental HMO 
plans are designed to provide comprehensive coverage and maximum savings without 
compromising quality of care.

To enroll, simply select a General Dentist from our network of credentialed dental professionals.  
The General Dentist provides all routine dental care needs at published co-payment amounts
which are listed on the schedule of benefits you have purchased.  

Features of the OraQuest Plan include:

  - no deductible
  - no claim forms
  - no benefit maximums

During the normal course of treatment the General Dentist may determine that the patient 
requires a specialist to handle a specific problem.  OraQuest will provide a contracted 
specialist at 75% - 80% of the specialty dentists normal fees.
